Sensitive personal information is a subtype of personal informationconsisting of specific information categories. While we collect informationthat falls within the sensitive personal information categories listed in thecategories above, the CCPA does not treat this information as sensitive becausewe do not collect or use it to infer characteristics about a person.

We store your personal information(including sensitive personal information) for different time periods dependingon the category of personal information and in accordance with applicableaccounting and record retention laws.  We strive to keep personalinformation for no longer than as needed to achieve the purpose for which it iscollected and to comply with applicable accounting and record retentionlaws.  To determine how long we will retain your personal information weconsider several factors like the category, how the personal informationrelates to our need to provide the services to you, and what our legal andaccounting obligations are to retain the personal information.
